PLANO, Texas, June 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Last night, E3 Live attendees and Doritos fans were given exclusive access to a performance by Steve Aoki and the boldest orchestra ever assembled at the Doritos #MixArcade stage in downtown Los Angeles. The six-story, fully functioning retro arcade game doubled as a state-of-the-art concert stage that combined elements of technology, gaming and music in new and unique ways, including giving control over to fans for epic interactive performances.

As the headliner, Steve Aoki, renowned house DJ and 2013 Grammy Awards nominee, gave a bold performance to kick off the three nights of shows.

To make the #MixArcade music experience over-the-top, fans onsite were able to control various elements of the performances, from unlocking bonus content to launching special effects, all through LED wristbands that lit up red or blue with the simple push of a button. The performances were also available to view via Twitch livestream where fans were also invited to participate.

Marking its first appearance at E3, the Doritos brand burst back onto the music scene with the #MixArcade to bring one of its latest product offerings, Doritos Mix, to life. The Doritos #MixArcade boasts a 6-foot joystick and 30 feet x 32 feet LED gaming screen.
