At Frito-Lay, transforming the way we make, move and sell our beloved products is central to achieving a brighter, more sustainable future. Without our more than 66,000 North American associates, reaching our pep+ (PepsiCo Positive) goals simply won’t be possible.
Our pep+ (PepsiCo Positive) water vision is that wherever we operate, water resources are left in a better state because of our presence. With hundreds of Frito-Lay associates and key facilities located in central California, including our newly-transformed Modesto site, we have an important role to play in helping the water-stressed region.
Achieving our ambitious pep+ (PepsiCo Positive) goal of net water positivity by 2030 requires deep expertise across Frito-Lay’s value chain. That’s why we’re proud to introduce three remarkable women at the forefront of our water stewardship efforts – Mary Gomez, Ph.D., Nyima Dansira and Kyrene Moe.
